TWO, Sauvignon Blanc/Sémillon

TWO Sauvignon Blanc/ Sémillon . Maturation on its lees for 6 months on 25% new 600 liter barrels. The French Acacia barrique and Austrian oak barrique are used. The rest of the oak barrels vary in age from 2 ^nd to 7 ^th year of use. Classic bordeaux blend in which both varieties complement each other perfectly.
White wine - Ripe, round, spicy. Lots of yellow fruit. Intense and classically made. The Sauvignon Blanc provides the backbone and tension and the Semillon for the rich and ripe character. The maturation in wooden barrels provides richness and balance.
Our sommeliers recommend: Delicious as an aperitif, but also good with raw and steamed fatty fish, such as mackerel, with citrus and fresh herbs and grilled or fried shellfish. shellfish with fresh ingredients. Also nice with lightly grilled white meat and veal in oil, fresh salads with warm fish dishes and boiled and oven-baked fish with citrus and white mold cheeses.
