Infectious enthusiasm , a host, sommelier like there are not many. Michael Daals was named the most talented sommelier of the Netherlands in 2008 (Gault-Millau) and nominated for best host of the Netherlands and Belgium (Saissonier) in 2010. He was a permanent panel member of the Grand Jury of the "Wine and Food Association" in Amsterdam for 8 years and of the "International Taste and Quality Institute" in Brussels. He has worked in various star restaurants at home and abroad and his knowledge of wine and wine-food is enormous and up-to-date.

Driven and fascinated by wine, Lisa Snepvangers is a great storyteller and a true hostess. With work experience in both classic star restaurants and Asian cuisine, her product knowledge is enormous. She has been a vinologist since she was 22 , which she also completed in 1 year, an achievement that few people can match. A wine-food specialist in heart and soul.

LUC LINEN SOFA

Is a professional, enthusiastic host and sommelier in heart and soul. He knows how to present his passion for wine in a personal and interesting way. The art of tasting in combination with the knowledge of wine, ensures his exciting wine-food combinations. Luc is a vinologist, gastronome and wine teacher and provides wine courses in his premises in Tilburg for enthusiasts and professionals. His work has been awarded several times in recent years. In 2019 his passion rewarded with the appointment by Grootspraak - Perswijn as 'Wine Restaurant of the Year'.
