Tempranillo Despierta. Juicy, slightly fruity red wine. You can taste the sultry character of the Tempranillo raised in the warm La Mancha, with the fresh character of the wine, traditionally picked, pressed, fermented on stainless steel and matured. Very short maturation on oak. Made from 100% Tempranillo .

Story behind the label : Just like the white Verdejo, lively, playful and cheerful. Exactly as the wine is called; 'Despierta', means 'cheerful' in Spanish.
Red wine - Light, fruity and juicy . Dark red colored wine. Shows of black fruit such as cherries and blackberries come back in the aromatic scent. On the palate playful fruit comes back with a soft tannin structure supported by rich bitters. The aftertaste is light with a reasonable length.

Combines well with firm fish with red wine sauces, raw and dried beef and veal and fried or grilled white meat, poultry, veal and pork with pickled vegetables. Also nice with spicy dishes based on red fruit, pastas in tomato, light stews in combination with silver onions and semi-hard cheeses.

Made according to traditional red wine making (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation), from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon . Short maturation in oak barrels.

Story behind the label: The label of this Cabernet Sauvignon radiates joy, 'despierta' translated means 'cheerful/lively'. The wine lives up to its name; sufficient body and lively aromas of red and black fruit.

Le Puits Cendré Rouge. Organic wine from Languedoc & Roussillon. Traditional winemaking (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturing), organically, without the use of chemical pesticides or artificial fertilizers. Made with respect for nature, from a balanced blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Cabernet Sauvignon .

Story behind the label: The label exudes freshness through the golden shine and the birds. Le Puits Cendré loosely translates to 'the beautiful pumpkin' (butternut). Butternut is a (bottle) pumpkin variety that develops as a fruit into a ripe, juicy, fresh buttery fruit with a hint of savouriness. The fruit refers to these characteristic aromas that are recognisable in the three cuvées.
Red wine - Light, fruity and juicy . This wine is purple-red in colour with aromas of ripe red fruit and a hint of spiciness. The taste is round and positively present, a beautiful exciting, elegant glass.

Story behind the label: The side label is actually the back label of the wine, describing the area, vinification, and the characteristics of the wine. ' Oromonte ' is a contraction of ' Oro ' and ' Monte ' , which together mean ' golden mountains '. Originating from the sun-drenched mountains of Tierra de Castilla.

Labor-intensive vineyard due to hard top and bottom layer. Produces very elegant, concentrated wines with very long storage potential. Made from 100% Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir).

Story behind the label: Konrad Salwey, the winemaker, succeeded his father Wolf Dietrich Salwey, who passed away suddenly. This sad news shook the German wine world to its foundations; Wolf Dietrich Salwey was a very talented and passionate winemaker. After his death, Konrad had the image of a (howling) wolf placed, as a memorial to his father.
Red wine - Light, fruity and juicy (ripe style) : Cherry red, light edge. Powerful red fruit, lots of juice, lots of elegance. Very concentrated finish.
