• Asti Dolce Piëmonte NV A juicy, refreshing, beautifully sparkling glass. Ideal after a rich dinner for a refreshing mouthfeel. The fruit is subtly woven into the fresh aromas and the mousse is pleasant. Tor dell'Elmo has vineyards in Piemonte where he plants this grape, his winery itself is in Verona. Made from 100% Moscato Bianco .
  
  Story behind the label: Asti is an area in Piedmont where this fresh and sweet sparkling Spumante is made. The vineyards are concentrated around the medieval town of Asti. The temperature and soil conditions in the cool hills provide an ideal environment for the aromatic white Muscat grape. Asti Spumante is a true sparkling wine, slightly less sweet than Moscato d'Asti and with a higher alcohol content (7-9%). Dolce means sweet.
• Sparkling wines - Fresh, sweet . Attractive glass of sparkling wine with delicious aromas of strawberry with hints of exotic fruit in the nose and taste. The fine, mild taste is enlivened by fresh citrus fruit. The fruit acids dance on the tongue for a long time.

  Very suitable as an aperitif, with summer salads with raw vegetables, raw, cooked and lightly grilled shellfish with citrus and cooked and grilled fish dishes with vinaigrette. Also good with cooked fresh vegetables, such as asparagus and fennel and raw and dried charcuterie.

• Kerner Spätlese: Made from the somewhat forgotten grape variety: Kerner. Late picked, or Spätlese with a fantastic balance between ripeness and freshness. Ideal with light desserts or spicy dishes. Exceptionally gastronomic.

  Aromatic with floral notes and a light honey note. Slightly sweet attack with a pleasant acidity, which gives balance to the wine. Soft and subtle with a pleasant spiciness in the aftertaste.

  Good combination with fresh desserts with fresh fruit, cold preparations of organ meats, red bacteria cheeses and (semi) hard cheeses with compote . Also nice with warm preparations of ripe fruit like Tarte Tatin.

• Chorus Muscat Moelleux NV Very fine, ripe dessert wine with a sultry, soft, mouth-watering structure. It has beautifully retained its freshness, a dashing nose and typical Muscat character. Lots of juice and sufficient acidity. The wine is made from 'Late harvest' grapes, hand-selected. The grapes are dried on the vine, just like Spätlese and Auslese, the fermentation is controlled and stopped in time, so that the residual sugar determines the sweetness of the wine. Made from 100% Muscat Petit Grains , also called ' Muscat de Frontignan '. In Italy you will find it as the ' Moscato '.
  
  Story behind the label: 'Chorus' Muscat, a 'play' of aromas, named by the Bardou family of winemakers to emphasise the subtle interplay of fruit aromas and acidity.
• Sweet and Fortified Wines - Ripe, sweet . Fresh sweet Muscat with a bright, golden yellow color. The nose is fresh, elegant, intense and complex with aromas of white flowers and mint mixed with peach and citrus fruits. Full, creamy taste with an accent on orange and citrus.

• Riesling Auslese: Beautiful example of how beautiful an Auslese wine can be. Ripe, spicy and drinkable with a full mouthfeel. Great value for money!

• Welschriesling Spätlese: A new wine from Grenshof-Fiedler where they have once again managed to maintain the perfect balance between freshness and ripeness. A Spätlese of exceptionally high quality.

  Welschriesling is known for its good acidity and aromatic character. Smells and flavors of ripe white fruit with the well-known underlying acidity. Perfectly balanced and therefore very gastronomic!

• Riesling Spätlese 'Brauneberger Juffer': Very elegant Spätlese made from the noble Riesling grape. Made from 100% Riesling.
  
  Story behind the label: Originating from the sloping hillsides of the ‘Brauneberger Juffer’ vineyard in the Mosel, ‘Spätlese’, literally translated, means ‘late picking’; ripe grapes are selectively picked by hand when overripe, less good grapes are removed from the bunches in order to keep the best of the best for fermentation. Spätlese is a predicate in Germany; Qualitätswein mit Prädikat guarantees minimum ripeness of the grapes at the time of picking.
• Sweet and Fortified Wines - Fresh, sweet . Lightly honeyed and floral but still somewhat restrained in the nose. Quite sweet onset, very creamy and ripe with a fine spicy accent at the end.

• Pinot Blanc Auslese: Powerful, ripe and full, characteristic taste. After fermentation, another 10 months of wood maturation, to obtain the fruit aromas and beautiful structure that makes this wine so elegant. Light botrytis (noble rot) of the grapes before fermentation gives the wine extra refinement. Made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes. In Austria this grape is called Weißburgunder .
  
  Story behind the label: Austrian Auslese, originating from the Grenzhof-Fiedler wine estate. 'Auslese', literally translated means 'picking out/selecting out'; ripe grapes are selectively picked by hand, less good grapes are removed from the bunches in order to keep the best of the best for fermentation. Auslese is a predicate in Germany; Qualitätswein mit Prädikat guarantees a certain ripeness of the grapes at the time of picking.

• Chardonnay Beerenauslese: Freshly sweet, mild with an impressive depth of taste and a nice contrast of fresh fruit acids. The exotic scents in this wine are complemented by nuances of honey and ripe apricot. The beautiful, fine acidity provides elegance and freshness. Made from 100% Chardonnay .
  
  Story behind the label: Beerenauslese literally means 'Berries (grapes) selection'. Because the grape bunches have been allowed to remain on the vine for a long time, many Chardonnay grapes are overripe. Where for 'Auslese' the unripe grapes are removed from the grape bunches, for Beerenauslese the ripest grapes are removed from the bunches to be fermented separately into this special quality wine.
• Sweet and Fortified Wines - Ripe, sweet . Golden yellow color. Classic penetrating notes (yellow fruit, rhubarb, exotic) in the nose also floral in character. In the mouth: spicy, concentrated, rather notes of dried fruit (apricots, exotic fruit), honey notes, and also spicy in character. According to the winemaker himself, the distinguishing point is its relatively high, lively acidity which provides the fresh notes and longer shelf life.
