When you sign up for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. The data is stored indefinitely on Dare Wines' own secure servers. We do not collect or use information for purposes other than the purposes described in this privacy policy unless we have obtained your permission in advance.
Orders on the website
For your order we collect your personal data, namely your first and last name, address and place of residence, e-mail address and optionally your telephone number and company name. This data is used to be able to perform the service. Namely to be able to deliver the ordered wines to the provided address and to keep you informed of the order made and the delivery. Your data is safely stored on the secured servers of Dare Wines.
Communication via email and telephone, among other things
When you send us an e-mail, telephone messages or other messages, we may retain those messages for an indefinite period of time. Sometimes we ask you for your personal information that is relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. The data is stored on Dare Wines' own secure servers. We will not combine this data with other personal data that we have.
Cookies when visiting the website
We collect data for research purposes in order to gain a better understanding of our customers, so that we can tailor our services accordingly. This website uses "cookies" (text files placed on your computer) to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website may be transferred to Dare Wines' own secure servers or those of a third party. We use this information to track how you use the website, to compile reports on website activity and to offer other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
Business relations
We collect both the company data and the personal data of the contact person from all our business customers and partners. Company data includes the company name, delivery and invoice address, email address, telephone number, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. The data of the contact person is limited to first and last name, telephone number and email address. This data is used to be able to perform the service and to maintain contact for the benefit of the services.
The information is not shared with third parties with the exception of web applications that we use for our webshop. This includes the WebwinkelKeur assessment system. This data will only be used for the purpose of the application in question and will not be distributed further. If necessary for the order, your data will be passed on to the delivery service and the distribution center. Our third parties handle your data just as carefully as we do. In addition, all employees are obliged to handle the data confidentially.
By contacting Dare Wines you can exercise all rights you have under applicable privacy laws, including:

- Right to rectification if the data is incomplete and/or contains errors
