Primitivo Galatheo : Sultry, fresh-ripe red wine made from 100% Primitivo . The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, which gives the ripeness of the Primitivo grapes a fresh character and leaves a juicy wine with sufficient body. Primitivo grapes originate from Puglia, and are of the same variety as the blue grape Zinfandel , but in Australia.
Red wine - Ripe, spicy, intense . Deep ruby red with tight core. Powerful nose with stewed fruit and spicy spiciness. Full, firm taste, roasted, dry, spicy, ripe length.
Our sommeliers recommend: Aperitif, firm fish with red wine sauces, raw and dried meat, fried and grilled white meat and poultry, fried and grilled veal and pork, light stew dishes, pasta with tomato & Parmesan, (neutral) semi-hard cheeses.
Pinot Grigio: This Pinot Grigio is typical for the region; a juicy lively wine with a light bitterness and subtle spiciness. Challenging, fresh, and beautiful style. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio , according to traditional white wine preparation ((picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation).
White wine - Ripe, round and spicy (fresh style). Pale yellow colour. Clearly recognisable Pinot with aromas of white fruit. Beautiful, round fruit attack with playful acids and subdued fruit flavour. Classic bitterness in the aftertaste.
Our sommeliers advise: Good to combine with raw fish dishes with soy or wasabi, and fried/roasted shellfish. Fish dishes with sauerkraut and cream sauces or spicy and spicy elements. Raw meat or poultry with pate and fried goose and duck liver also taste very good with this wine. Just like winter cream soups and fried and oven-baked vegetables or softly cooked bacon and red bacteria cheeses.
