  • Cabernet Franc. Made according to traditional red wine making (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation), from 100% Cabernet Franc.


  • Red wine - Ripe, spicy and intense . Dark purple-red color. Elegant attack with accent on blueberries and blackberries. Much depth in the taste with complex tannin structure. Promising for the future, but also now delicious to enjoy, certainly with matching dishes.
  • Our sommeliers recommend: Suitable with slow-cooked meat and stew with spicy notes, BBQ dishes and grilled and candied red poultry with a creamy sauce of red fruit. Also good with fried red meat such as entrecôte with a spicy sauce and hard and old cheeses with a sweet compote. For inspiration, also nice to try together with endive mash with bacon.
