  • The Corte Rosato. Beautiful, rich, supple rosé from the heart of Veneto, limited edition, supple, fresh and beautifully fruity. The grapes are picked, pressed, then transferred to fermentation vats for a skin maceration of 12 to 18 hours. The wine is then immediately cooled. It is then purified, filtered and fermented again (without skins) in stainless steel vats. Made from the blue grape varieties Corvina and Merlot.

    Story behind the label : The original, transparent label gives this wine extra class and a clear, fresh appearance, because the colour of the rosé is clearly visible.
  • Rosé wine - Light color, fresh, light and juicy. Juicy, fresh, slightly ripe rosé with very soft mouthfeel. Subtle spiciness goes well with the freshness. The acids are in balance. Pleasant aromas of ripe red fruit.
  • Our sommeliers recommend:

    Good as an aperitif, with raw and steamed fish (e.g. sushi) with vinaigrette, raw and cooked shellfish with slightly spicy notes and with raw and dried meat (vitello tonnato). Also combines well with salads with vinaigrette/dressing, raw green vegetables and bouillabaisse based on broth.
