  • White wine - Ripe, round and spicy . Open nose with citrus notes, pear nuances; broad structured medium full, juicy taste accentuated by citrus fruit complemented by floral nuances. Good acidity that gives the wine a pleasant length.
  • Our sommeliers recommend: Combines well with raw fish dishes with soy or wasabi, and fried or roasted shellfish. Fish dishes with sauerkraut and cream sauces or spicy and spicy elements. Raw meat or poultry with pate and fried goose and duck liver also taste very good with this wine. Winter cream soups with fried and oven-baked vegetables, or softly cooked bacon and red bacteria cheeses also go well with this wine.
