Chablis: An elegant Chablis. Wonderfully made with a nice balance between the refined acidity and the roundness. Traditional preparation (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation). Made from 100% Chardonnay.
White wine - Full, creamy and complex. Typical fresh Chablis style. Elegant, supple, soft fruity Burgundy. Round, finesse in the nose with peach and pineapple. Round attack with playful, citrus-toned acidity as a contrast, which gives the wine tension and a nice length in the aftertaste. Typical Chablis in classic style. Very well made.
Our sommeliers recommend: Gastronomically beautiful with oven-baked, grilled, baked or roasted fish, shellfish and crustaceans with citrus and fresh herbs. Also good to combine with grilled white meat and poultry (tip: roasted turkey) or baked and fried sweetbreads in oil with fresh accents. Light cream soups with cooked vegetables and fresh salads with warm preparations with fish (for example salmon) with firm vegetables such as radish and fennel. Also beautiful with creamy, medium-bodied white mold cheeses with a fresh touch.
