  • Winemaking: Traditionally made (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation). Controlled fermentation at 16°C. Made from 100% Chardonnay . The grapes come from a chalky and sandy soil with layers of volcanic rock on vineyards situated at an altitude of 200 metres in the 'Upper' Alpine Valley.
  • White wine - Full, creamy and complex. Yellow colour. Rich aroma with intense fruit of apple, acacia and salt. The taste gives roundness and complexity with a soft creamy finish
  • Our sommeliers recommend: Delicious with oven-baked, grilled, baked or roasted fish, shellfish and vegetables. Goes well with grilled white meat and poultry or baked or fried sweetbreads, light cream soups or rich salads with warm fish dishes. Combines well with white mold cheeses.
