  • Winemaking: Traditional (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation) 6 months maturation in large vats. Made from 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette, 10% Roussanne and 10% Viognier .
  • White wine - Full, creamy and complex. Light yellow with green hints, very bright floral bouquet, fresh and lively, accents on citrus. Fresh and aromatic, nice round wine with a long finish.
  • Our sommeliers recommend: Oven-baked fish, grilled and fried fish (a la Meunière), fried and roasted shellfish, fried/grilled veal, white meat, rich salads with warm fish dishes, fried and oven-baked vegetables, light cream soups, white mould and warm cheese dishes.
