• Verdejo 'Oromonte' Blanco. Sparkling, fresh, juicy and slightly fruity. A Verdejo pur Sang, originating from Tierra de la Castilla. Made according to traditional white wine making (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation). Made from 100% Verdejo .
  
  Story behind the label: The side label is actually the back label of the wine, describing the area, vinification, and the characteristics of the wine. ' Oromonte ' is a contraction of ' Oro ' and ' Monte ', which together mean ' golden mountains '. Originating from the sun-drenched mountains of Tierra de Castilla.
• White wine - Fresh, fruity and juicy . Fresh wine with exotic fruits of peach, passion fruit and pineapple. In the taste soft fruit comes forward with a juicy impression. Crisp acids, pleasant bitters and interwoven alcohol give this wine a nice slim aftertaste.
• Our sommeliers advise: This fresh Verdejo is suitable as an aperitif, with raw and cooked shellfish and fish mi-cuit. Also goes very well with raw and steamed fish or raw and dried meat. Can also be combined with raw vegetables and salads with vinaigrette or dressing, and goat cheeses.
