  • Scheurebe Spätlese 'Bechtolsheimer Petersberg: Ernst Bretz is a fantastic winemaker. Refined, elegant and stylish; that is how we see his wines. And always top class. So again this Scheurebe from the vineyard 'Bechtolsheimer Petersberg'. Scheurebe is a white grape that is originally a cross between Riesling and Sylvaner ; where the Riesling brings the residual sweetness, the Sylvaner brings the fresh, tight. A great grape that in a Spätlese style (late custom of overripe grapes) develops into a sublime wine. Made from 100% Scheurebe .

Story behind the label: Scheurebe is named after grape grower Georg Scheu of the 'Landesanstalt für Rebe nzüchtung Alzey ', who in 1916 succeeded with his 88th seedling of a series of crosses between Riesling and Silvaner, to create the convincing new cross; the grape would bear.
  • White wine - Fresh, sweet . Aromatic glass with wine nose of muscat grapes and citrus. The juicy taste is wonderfully fresh filled with beautiful fruit acids. The mildly sweet aftertaste retains its beautiful freshness through the undertone of citrus that evokes the aftertaste.
  • Our sommeliers advise: good combination with fresh desserts with fresh fruit, cold preparations of organ meat, red bacteria cheeses and (semi) hard cheeses with compote. Also nice with warm preparations of ripe fruit like Tarte Tatin.

Bubbels

Lekkere witte wijn alleen mis je de bubbels. Je mag verwachten dat er meer bubbels in zitten.
