  • Grüner Veltliner. Grüner Veltliner is the grape of Austria and is not inferior to great top wines. With its versatile character, Grüner Veltliner has already defeated great Chardonnays in blind tastings. Wines made from this grape are fruity, have a high acidity and aromas of yellow apple, green pear, green bean, chervil, white pepper and sometimes lime. This refreshing summer wine is of course made from 100% Gruner Veltliner .

    Story behind the label: Burgenland is the wine region in Austria for Grüner Veltliner, the area is located south of Vienna. In the green, fertile Burgenland, the Neusiedlersee creates an ideal microclimate. This rolling landscape is reflected in the Fiedler label.
  • White wine - Fresh, light and juicy. Fresh wine with a seductive aroma with nuances of green apple, citrus complemented by a mild spicy undertone. Fresh, juicy taste with an accent on fresh fruit. Refreshing aftertaste.

    Good as an aperitif, with raw, lightly grilled and mi-cuit preparations fish with emphasis on freshness, raw and cooked shellfish with citrus and raw and dried meat. Also good with salads with vinaigrette, raw and cooked vegetables and fresh goat cheeses.
