Winemaking: Traditional production (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation). Made from 100% Gamay.
White wine - Light, fruity and juicy . Sparkling purple is this wine with a fragrant fruit palette of raspberries and red cherries. In the fresh almost spicy taste we taste besides the red fruit also black cherries and a hint of currant. The finish is bone dry. This fresh style of wine is at its best slightly chilled.
Our sommeliers advise: Good to combine with firm fish with red wine sauces, raw and dried beef and veal and fried or grilled white meat, poultry, veal and pork with pickled vegetables. Also nice with spicy dishes based on red fruit, pasta in tomato, light stews in combination with silver onions and semi-hard cheeses.

White wine - Fresh, fruity and juicy . Bone-dry, fresh wine with a lively aroma of gooseberries, boxwood and citrus. The taste is juicy and aromatic, a long aftertaste of gooseberries and citrus. This wine is a real thirst quencher to drink on tropical, warm days.
Our sommeliers advise: Good as an aperitif, with raw, lightly grilled and mi-cuit preparations with a focus on freshness, raw and cooked shellfish with citrus and raw and mature meat. Also good with salads with vinaigrette, raw and cooked vegetables and fresh goat cheeses.

White wine - Fresh, fruity and juicy . Fresh wine with an intense aroma of gooseberries, lemon and fresh limes. The invigorating, crisp taste has fresh and juicy fruit that darts over the tongue and ends in a juicy aftertaste with aromas of fresh lime.
