  Story behind the label: Enjoy life! And that is what the wine cooperative Anne de Joyeuse wants to convey with its wine series 'Very'. Very common grape in its ripest form, which emphasizes grape - specific characteristics in a balanced way. This is done, among other things, by the minimum 9 months of wood aging that all wines receive. Since 1994, Anne de Joyeuse has been equipped with the label ' Protect Planet ' for sustainable economy and the promotion of biodiversity.
  
• White wine - Ripe, round and spicy. Very deep colour with opaque core. Rich nose, complex, beautiful wood tone well fused with the many fruits. Full, refined taste with velvety fruit, sweet and creamy, beautiful smoky tone of the wood, very long in the aftertaste. Powerful and accessible at the same time. Balanced use of wood.
• Our sommeliers recommend: Goes well with grilled, fried or roasted fish (e.g. À la Meunière), oven-baked fish with a rich sauce and fried shellfish au gratin. Also good with grilled white meat and fried sweetbreads with rich sauces and grilled and oven-baked vegetables. Cream soups and rich salads with warm preparations with fish and grilled vegetables also go well. Also try with spicy white mold cheeses.

• Vinho Verde Dom Diogo Arinto Branco. The best friend of the Dutch New Herring! Why? Because the salty, fatty character of herring can appreciate a fresh counterpart. You will find this in this juicy, fresh, subtle Portuguese. Made according to traditional white wine preparation (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation), from 100% Arinto .
  
  About Quinta da Raza: The Quinta da Raza vineyard has won several awards. In 1999, during the Spanish event, 'Fair of Galiza', the Raza vineyard was chosen as 'best vineyard' from a selection of Spanish and Portuguese participants. The vineyard was awarded a silver medal in: 2002, 2003, 2007 and 2009 during the wine competition, 'Comissão de Viticultura da Região dos Vinhos Verdes' (CVRVV). In 2008, the CVRVV awarded the owner, Diogo Teixeira Coelho, the certificate: " Best Wine Producer of the Year ."
• White wine - Fresh, light and juicy. Delicate wine with an intense aroma. Display of all kinds of citrus fruits can be discovered. Spicy, soft taste with a slender acidity and a fresh, slightly sparkling mouthfeel. The fresh-dry finish ends with an accent on citrus and green apple.

• Winemaking: Made from the originally French (Rhône region) grape varieties Viognier and Roussanne , according to traditional white wine making. After fermentation, the wine matures for another 3 months on the lees.
  Story behind the label: Wine estate 'Babylon's Peak' is named after the high granite peak on the Estate, better known to locals as De Babylonstoren.
• White wine - Full, creamy and complex. Ripe, aromatic wine with aromas of fresh peach and apricot. The wine has a classic character with a soft mouthfeel and pleasant complex notes. Fresh, spicy, intense and robust. Very elegant and beautiful balance.

  Delicious with raw and steamed fatty fish with citrus, grilled and fried shellfish with fresh herbs, fried sweetbreads in oil and grilled veal and white meat with fresh accents. • About the wine: Traditional winemaking (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation). Made from 100% Weissburgunder.
  Story behind the label : ' GG ' stands for ' Grosses Gewächs ', the highest quality standard in German winegrowing; it indicates a quality class of the wine, and in this case the highest quality class (comparable to 'Grand Cru'). To become this quality class the wines are inspected and tasted by the VDP (Verband Deutscher Prädikatsguter), Germany's most important quality association). Above this 'GG' designation the logo of the family winery is depicted.
• White wine - Full, creamy and complex. Aromatic, finesseful wine with a lot of future. The nose gives mainly aromas of wood maturation in the form of toasted hazelnut filled with nuances of peach fruit. Full, creamy attack that fans out in an effective aftertaste. Caramel and hazelnut embrace the still very young fruit. Very good quality.

• White wine - Full, creamy and complex. Pale golden yellow colour. Very concentrated nose of almond, apricot compote, pear and citrus aromas. The taste is inher very concentrated with fruit that is not yet fully enclosed in residual sweetness and elegant wine acids.

• Weissburgunder Kabinett Trocken. Traditional winemaking (picking, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, maturation). Made from 100% Weissburgunder .
  'Kabinett' wines are fine, white wines made from instructive grapes with little alcohol. The grapes for this class are harvested first from the prädikat wines. Most Kabinett wines contain a little more residual sweetness and are half semi-rosé in sweetness with an alcohol percentage of up to about 10%.
  
  Story Behind the label : Konrad Salwey, the Winemaker, has His father Wolf Dietrich Salwey , died suddenly. This sad news shook the German wine world to its foundations; Wolf Dietrich Salwey was a very talented and passionate winemaker. After his death He had an image of a wolf (howling) wolf placed, as a memorial to his father.
• White - fresh, fruity and juicy . A specialty of this winery. In contrast to many delicate Pinot Blanc wines from Alsace, this is a wine with storage potential! Pale, straw-yellow color.
